James Fullard LLB | BSC
CHC Case Review and Advocate

James’ involvement in NHS Continuing Healthcare dates back to 2014, when he was involved in CHC matters within a large law firm. Holding degrees in both Law and Occupational Therapy, he combines legal knowledge with clinical expertise, providing a well-rounded understanding of the NHS Continuing Healthcare process.
In addition to his professional experience, James successfully supported a close family member in obtaining full NHS Continuing Healthcare funding. This experience gave him first-hand insight into both the complexities of the funding system and the challenges faced by individuals and their families. As a result, James is able to view each case from a legal, clinical, and personal perspective.
James specialises in case preparation, appeals, and funding reviews. His combined legal and healthcare background enables him to analyse complex information, identify key eligibility issues, and advocate effectively on behalf of clients throughout the CHC process.
In his spare time, James enjoys walking, cricket, and spending time outdoors.
